For parents: reading a child's aptitude
The TQC report reveals a child's natural aptitudes and learning style, giving education choices and resourcing a concrete basis instead of guesswork.

See the direction first —
then build the protection around it.
Through the Talent Quotient Count (TQC) assessment, I help parents understand their children's aptitudes and learning styles, and help working professionals clarify their career direction — then use insurance and wealth planning to support and protect that path.
01 — TQC talent assessment & analysis
The Talent Quotient Count measures brain-neuron activity to reveal a person's natural aptitudes and how they learn best — evidence, not guesswork.
The TQC report reveals a child's natural aptitudes and learning style, giving education choices and resourcing a concrete basis instead of guesswork.
The same assessment, paired with ICF-recognised coaching, helps you see your strengths and direction, then turn it into concrete action.
02 — From direction to a plan
Once a direction is set, the next step is making it real — a child's education needs funding and a timeline, a career change needs income and health protection, a family's long-term plans need succession arrangements. This is where insurance and wealth planning come in:
Build predictable long-term cash flow around a child's education path and family goals.
Set aside a defined sum for your family, so the direction isn't derailed by a sudden event.
A lump-sum payout at the moment treatment needs your full attention — buying time and choices.
Let treatment decisions be driven by the condition, not the cost — covering local and cross-border needs.
An immediate buffer during career transitions and everyday life.
As a Certified Trust Planner, arranging the handover of policies and assets through clear rules.
03 — About
Charlaine Liu is a Hong Kong–based talent-assessment and wealth-planning adviser. Born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in the United States, she returned home to work in public relations at a five-star international hotel and then in corporate training, before focusing on insurance and wealth planning.
She is trained to administer and interpret the Talent Quotient Count (TQC) assessment and, as an ICF-recognised coach, helps parents understand their children's aptitudes and helps professionals clarify their career direction. Once that direction is clear, she builds the insurance and wealth plan — life, critical-illness, medical and accident cover, together with savings and investment-linked insurance — that supports and protects it; as a Certified Trust Planner, she also arranges the handover of assets through clear rules.
The through-line is the same: use TQC to see the direction, then use insurance and wealth planning to carry it — so every decision can be explained and realised.
